Level of satisfaction of Porlogis’ Clients and Agents - evaluation 2012
First of all, Porlogis team would like to thank all our clients and agents who took their valuable time to fullfill our survey and help us to report the results of evaluation process taken place last october.
This year, we received 40 surveys duly fulfilled (45 in 2011), representing 30% of total surveys sent.
From all answers received, Satisfaction level -excellent and good, reached 86% (80% in 2011).
This was again a perfect score! But let’s have a closer look:
All these answers are extremely important to help us evaluating our performance and further continue developing our service up to Full Satisfaction Level..
Quality and continuous improvement are the keys to steady and long lasting relationship with our customers and agents.
We are very proud of these results which clearly show that we are following the right strategy.
